What are the Four Ways to Freedom?

Worldly & personal

Embodied Emotional Intelligence - We Move!
We don’t just think about it—we feel it, move it, heal it, live it. The body knows long before the thinking mind knows. Trust heart, instinct and gut. Your Life is a Dance!

Money, Power and Desire -
The Holy Trine of the Shadow

If you want to hear angels sing, you have to invite the demons to play in the band! We are not here to fluff you up but to help unbind parts of the ego that lurk in the shadows and leave a wake of hurt behind in their trail.

Interior & non-personal

Mindfulness & Meditation
(Yep, We Know these Terms are Overloaded)

But don’t write it off, they are a huge part of the spiritual path. We reclaim it as moment-to-moment awareness. First, we gain calm and stability - then the work can begin.

 ✦ Navigating the Mystery
Awakening doesn’t follow a straight line — it’s a winding journey through the in-between spaces where multiple truths exist at once. Magic happens in the messy middle. Whatever you are experiencing is the living map that reveals its gold when you dare to listen, dig deep, and let go.

Creators of the Embodied Awakening Path

We are here for those ready to burn.

To live, die, and rise beyond the smallness they've mistaken for life.

We do not offer comfort — We offer freedom.

We guide you into the wild intelligence that has always been yours,
fierce and radiant beyond measure.

This is the work of remembrance.

This is the path home.

The way of money

Money is congealed energy—a mirror of your deepest beliefs, wounds, traumatas, desires, and inherited survival instincts. What you project onto it reveals unconscious scripts shaped by family, society, and scarcity. To manifest abundance, you must first transform your relationship with money.

Financial freedom isn’t just about income—it’s about internal alignment. Change begins with behavior, not budgets. By integrating your spiritual and material worlds, you reduce fear, heal dysfunction, and root yourself in trust, gratitude, and clarity.

Livelihood, sustainable living, and ethical work are not just practical they are pillars of a dignified, awakened life.

A strained relationship with money clouds purpose and peace. But with radical self-honesty, embodiment practices, and the 8 Money Archetypes, you illuminate the hidden patterns that drive your choices.

Money isn’t the goal. It’s the mirror. It is a tool for creativity, impact, and connection. Healing your money story is a path to reclaiming power, grace, and joy.

Survive → Revive → Thrive.
This is the journey of financial awakening—from reactive habits, we rise into a state of resourcefulness, grounded in compassion and shared abundance. When we stop chasing or fearing money, we begin using it with intention. The Way of Money is learning to work with it, not for it—so you can live fully, with meaning and freedom.

The Way of Money is not about how much you have, but how deeply you understand what it represents—and how courageously you're willing to transform your beliefs to meet the life you are here to live.

The way of movement

You were given a body—an instrument of sensation, expression, and truth. Why not use it in every way you can to center, expand, and elevate your experience of being alive? Movement is not just something we do—it’s a language, a prayer, a return.

When we move with intention, we enter a space beyond words, beyond thinking. Movement becomes a living meditation, a sacred act of presence. It doesn’t require technique—only willingness. Through rhythm, shape, breath, and motion, the body reveals textures of emotion, untold stories, and deeper truths
waiting to rise.

The invitation is simple and profound:
Start where you are.

There is no right way, no wrong move—
only the honest dance of now.

Practices like Open Floor and 5Rhythms offer maps—not to follow perfectly, but to help you find your own way home. This is not about performance. This is about remembering. Your body knows how to heal. It knows how to speak. It knows how to soften into joy, rage, grief, and stillness. In motion, we transmute emotional tension into creative power.

Embodied awareness is a path of revelation. It roots us in the essential. The body becomes a vessel through which you breathe more fully, speak more clearly, love more freely, and rest more deeply. Every movement becomes an act of transformation—
an unfolding from the inside out.

This is the way of conscious movement:
To awaken the wild within.
To listen to the body’s quiet knowing.
To let go of the thinking mind and drop into the pulse of presence.

Let your soul set fire. Let your heart remember its rhythm.
Come dance your truth—raw, radiant, and real.
Because this life… this body… is the music.
And you are meant to move.

The way of mindfulness

We live in a world overflowing with seductive distractions—an endless stream of noise, stimulation, and consumption pulling our attention outward. Over time, we’ve lost the ability to track the internal. Silence, for many, feels like the loudest noise. But in stillness, a different kind of space begins to open—one that holds the potential for clarity, calm, and reconnection.

Mindfulness invites us back to this space. It’s not just a technique but a continuous remembering—how to be with our breath, sensations, emotions, and thoughts. Through practice, we learn to rest in the moment rather than resist it. Meditation becomes a gentle undoing of the mental noise, relaxing the structure of ego and allowing spaciousness to enter.

At first, this space may feel unfamiliar—even boring or disorienting. But it is within this emptiness that we begin to sense something deeper: presence, awareness, and the quiet power of being. This is where internal chatter slows, where we stop reacting and start responding, and where we begin to notice how attention shapes experience.

The ego—our conditioned identity, our habits of thought and personality—is not the enemy, but it’s not the whole story either. Through mindfulness, we let the ego take its rightful place, no longer driving the show. We cultivate self-awareness in everything we do—whether meditating, working, having a conversation, or washing dishes.

This is the path to freedom: the ability to witness without grasping, to act without clinging, to live with clarity in a chaotic world. Presence is not passive. It is powerful. It is the deep recognition of your true nature—unified, grounded, awake.

Mindfulness is the key.
Every moment is an invitation to choose spaciousness.

The way of mystery

Investigating the truth of who and what you are is destructive, shocking and revolutionary. Spiritual Awakening is coming to terms with 3 universal truths - all is impermanent, life is a struggle and what you refer to as “ME” is a psychological process that is not real in the way that you think.

It takes a steadfast commitment and Dharma teachings to break through the illusions of Self and Reality. Healing is an alchemical process, physiologically and psychologically - an overhaul of your sensory & perceptual body-mind. The way of Mystery is to ignite an inner revolution.

Studying the Dharma does not answer life’s existential questions. It raises better and far more profound ones. In 4WTF Mystery & Inquiry practices, you learn to become alert and dissect what is being presented in your field of consciousness by asking What am I experiencing right now? Where is this? Is this true? Direct experience is truth itself embodied as wisdom and always accessible.

The path to Freedom is crooked because the ego is tricky. The path is arduous because we are creatures of preference. The journey from the known (Ego) to the unknown (Faith) to the natural state (Awakening) is possible for ALL because the Masters who have walked before and among us today have done the deep work and speak of its possibilities. The reach is perilous but the reward is the pearl beyond price.
